They call up the industrialist and pose as kabira and demand double of the ransom from the industrialist. They become a middle man to earn few lacs. Manna Dey - Tu Pyar Ka Sagar Hai - Seema [1955]

"Seema" is a 1955 Hindi film directed by Amiya Chakrabarty. The film starred Nutan, Balraj Sahni and Shobha Khote. Music is by Shankar Jaikishan... Prabodh Chandra Dey (born 1 May 1919), better known by his nickname Manna Dey, is one of the greatest playback singers in Hindi and Bengali films. He has recorded more than 3500 songs over the course of his career. Along with Mohammed Rafi, Kishore Kumar, Mukesh, he dominated Indian film playback music from the 1950s to the 1970s. Dey was born to Purna Chandra (father) and Mahamaya Dey (mother)on 1 May 1919. Besides his parents, his youngest paternal uncle Sangeetacharya (meaning "Venerable Teacher of Music" in Sanskrit) K. C. Dey highly inspired and influenced him. Dey received his early education in a small pre-primary school named Indu Babur Pathshala. Thereafter he attended Scottish Church Collegiate School and Scottish Church College, followed by Vidyasagar College where he received his graduate education. From his childhood Dey has pursued wrestling and boxing. Dey started his career in playback singing with the movie, Tamanna, in 1943. The musical score was by Krishna Chandra Dey and Manna sang a duet with Suraiya. The song was an instant hit. He sang a solo penned by Sachal Dev Burman, Upar Gagan Vishal, in the 1950 movie, Mashal. In 1952, Dey sang for a Bengali and a Marathi movie with the same name and storyline, Amar Bhupali. This established him as a leading playback singer. Accolades and awards; Mohammad Rafi once said to reporters: "You listen to my songs. I listen only to Manna Dey's songs". According to musicians Sachin Dev Burman and Anil Biswas, Manna Dey could sing any song of Mohammad Rafi, Kishore Kumar, Mukesh and Talat Mehmood. Chhat Pe

The movie is set up in a village in Haryana and depicts the story of two neighbours. The neighbours bicker with each other at the slightest pretext but they are unable to get over the attraction they feel for each other overtime. Gradually they give in to this pull and budge in front of each other. This relenting culminates in to a beautiful love story between the two where they come to meet each other avoiding the eyes of the prying public on the roof top. Now it is for the audience to see whether their love story will be successful or not.

Dhana 51

Dhana (Sumanth) is a dynamic graduate who mingles with his ex-college students. His lifetime ambition is to become a cop. He wants to become cop genuinely without giving any bribes. He befriends a beautiful girl Lakshmi (Saloni), who happens to be the daughter of honest and most powerful Police Commissioner Mahesh Chandra (Mukesh Khanna). Dhana and Lakshmi become best buddies over a period of time. Dhana gets fed up with bribery system in police selections and he decides to start a musical instruments shop to make a living. Mahesh Chandra then convinces Dhana to act as undercover police agent to book dangerous goons in the city. Dhana pretends as rowdy and give leads of other rowdies to Mahesh Chandra. Mahesh Chandra's plan is to have open jail for all these goons and rehabilitate them as good citizens. Just when Dhana completes getting 50 rowdies to the book, Mahesh Chandra does the act of turning around. He books Dhana as 51st rowdy as an act of revenge for attracting his daughter.
