Wild Elephant charges, Kerala, INDIA

In search of wild elephant herds, 'www.indiavideo.org' video crew was exploring the forest areas of Muthanga and Tholpetty in the Wayanad Wildlife Sanctuary, Kerala State, India. The daylong search finally met with success by evening, when the crew spotted one herd in the Tholpetty forest area. The crew quickly swung into action and mounted the camera on top of the van that they were traveling. As they began to shoot the elephant herd, a jeep came in from the opposite direction from where the crew was standing. The movement of the Mahindra Jeep provoked a he elephant in the herd and he made a dash towards the Mahindra Jeep. The charging elephant was stopped couple of metres from the jeep, as the driver switched on the lights along with continuous honking. This practice of switching on the lights and sounding the horn is usually done to scare elephants, but may not work always. The he elephant backed off into the forest and then made one hesitant move without success. Once the elephant was at a safe distance from the jeep, the driver moved the vehicle with great speed. But to the surprise of every one, the she elephant came back and gave one final charge at the jeep, which by that time sped away to safety. Finally it also explains about the Heaven or Paramdham or Lahoot which is beyond the imagination of all saints and sadhus of this world and which is the true abode of Satchidanand (Sat + Chid + Anand) or Supreme Truth God and his Consort Shyama Ji and all the souls (Momin). For all the above facts, it takes its evidence from the Holy Books, scriptures and religions of this world -- Shri Mad Bhagwat Geeta or Bhagvat Gita, Quran (Kuran), Bible, Guru Nanak's Wani, Kabir's Wani etc ... to name a few (without discriminating either among them or their followers based on religion, faith, colour or sex). Shiva is a major Hindu god and one aspect of Trimurti. Followers of Hinduism who focus their worship upon Shiva are called Shaivites or Shaivas. Shiva is usually worshipped in the form of Shiva linga. In images, he is generally represented as immersed in deep meditation or dancing the Tandava upon Maya, the demon of ignorance in his manifestation of Nataraja, the lord of the dance. In some other Hindu denominations, Brahma, Vishnu, and Shiva represent the 3 primary aspects of the divine in Hinduism and are collectively known as the Trimurti. In this school of religious thought, Brahma is the creator, Vishnu is the maintainer or preserver, and Shiva is the destroyer or transformer. The Ramayana also spelt as Ramayan, is an ancient Sanskrit epic. It is attributed to the Hindu sage Valmiki and forms an important part of the Hindu canon. It depicts the duties of relationships, portraying ideal characters like the ideal servant, the ideal brother, the ideal wife and the ideal king. The name Ramayana is a tatpurusha compound of Rama and ayana "going, advancing", translating to "Ramas Journey". The Ramayana consists of 24,000 verses in seven books, and 500 cantos, and tells the story of Rama (an incarnation of the Hindu preserver-god Vishnu), whose wife Sita is abducted by the demon (Rakshasa) king of Lanka, Ravana. Thematically, the epic explores themes of human existence and the concept of dharma. Bhakta Markandeya - One legend relates the story of how Shiva protected Markandeya from the clutches of death. Mrikandu rishi and his wife Marudmati worshipped Shiva and sought from him the boon of begetting a son. Mrikandu was blessed with Markandeya based on his choice, an exemplary son, destined to die at the age of 16. Markandeya grew up to be a great devotee of Shiva and on the day of his destined death he continued his worship of Shiva in his form of Shivalingam. Yama came himself in person to take Markandeyas life away and sprung his noose around the young sages neck. By accident of fate the noose mistakenly landed around the Shivalingam, and out of it, Shiva emerged in all his fury attacking Yama for his act of aggression. After defeating Yama in battle to the point of death, Shiva then revived him, under the condition that the devout youth would live forever. Yakshagana is a dance drama popular in the state of Karnataka, India. It is believed to have evolved from pre classical music form and theatrical arts. This would be considered to be a form of opera in western eyes. Actors wear costumes and enact the various roles. Traditionally, Yakshaganas would go on all night. It is sometimes simply called as Aataa in both Kannada and Tulu (meaning play). Yaksha-gana literally means the song (gana) of a Yaksha. Yakshas were an exotic tribe mentioned in the Sanskrit literature of ancient India. Sadhanaa of Sri Ramakrishna Paramahamsa

Ramakrishna Paramahamsa was an illustrious saint of modern Hinduism who performed austerities as prescribed under different faiths in order to see for himself the same truth as percieved by different religions . His vaidhi sadhana (penance as written in scriptures) began with the coming of Bhairavi Brahmani in the temple of dakshineshwar , where he resided for the majority of his blessed life . Bhairavi was a brahmin tantrik sadhikaa who taught Ramakrishna tantra sadhanaa . after reaching enlightment through tantra Ramakrishna came in contact with Totapuri , a vedantic saint of Dashanami sampradaya . Ascending Kali yuga started in AD 500 and ended in AD 1700.Kali Yuga or Iron age is only 1200 year duration in every cycle. The book, The Holy Science, combines the astrological eras with time periods that are described in ancient Hindu works, notably the Manusmriti 1.69,1.70,1.71,1.72 MANU a great Rishi [ illuminated sage] of SATYA YUGA, describes these YUGAS more clearly in the following passage from his SAMHITA or Sanghita or Manusmriti " Chatvaryahu: sahstrani varshanantu KRITAM YUGAM; tasya tavachhati sandyam Sandhyamshch tathavidh: . etareshu sasandheyeshu sasandhyamsheshu cha trishu; ekapayen vartante sahastrani shatani cha. yadetat parisankhyatmadaveva CHATURYUGAM; etad Dawadassahastram Devanam yugamuchyate. Devikanam yuganantu sahastram parisankhyaya BRAHMmekmahrgyeyam tavati ratrireva cha. Thus It says : [ Reproduced from page 13 & 14 By Yogananda's guru SWAMI YUKTESHWAR Giri's THE HOLY SCIENCE ] " 4000 years , they say , is the KRITI YUGA [Satya yuga or the golden age of the world ]. Its morning twilight has just has many hundreds, and its period of evening dusk is of the same length [i.e. 400 + 4000 + 400 = 4800 ]. Manu says : In the other three YUGAS with there morning and evening twilights ,the 1000 and the hundred decreased by one [i.e. 300 + 3000 + 300 ] etc. That four fold cycle comprising 12000 years is called an Age of the GODS.The sum of the thousand DIVINE AGES constitutes ONE DAY OF BRAHMA;and the same lent is its night.Thus the time period of 4 YUGAS are : SATYA YUGA = 400+ 4000 + 400 = 4800 Years. DWAPER YUGA = 200+2000 + 200 = 2400 Years KALI YUGA = 100 + 1000 +100 = 1200 Years 12000 YEARS, THE SUM TOTAL OF ALL PERIODS OF THESE 4 YUGAS IS THE LENGTH OF THE DAIVA YUGAS or electric couple, two of which, that is 24000 years make the ELECTRIC CYCLE COMPLETE. Sri Yukteswar (10 May 1855 - 9 March 1936)describes an interesting variant of the Hindu theory of ages. According to him,...the sun, with its planets and their moons, takes some star for its dual and revolves around it in about 24,000 years of our earth-a celestial phenomenon which causes the backward movement of the equinoctial points around the zodiac. The sun also has another motion by which it revolves round a grand center called Vishnunabhi, which is the seat of the creative power, Brahma, the universal magnetism. Brahma regulates dharma, the mental virtue of the internal world. Yukteswar goes on to explain that the sun's 24,000 year revolution around its companion star takes the sun progressively closer, and then progressively further away from the mystic center Vishnunabhi. In his system, dharma increases as we approach Vishnunabhi and decreases as we draw away from it. The cycle of yugas takes place twice in each 24,000 year revolution. As the sun recedes from Vishnunabhi, the ages pass in the usual order: Satya, Treta, Dvapara, Kali. As the sun approaches Vishnunabhi, the ages pass in the opposite order: Kali, Dvapara, Treta, Satya. The words that Jesus left unspoken will not remain forever a secret. When we examine the progress of history, we find that a new dispensation begins when the old dispensation is about to end. The new dispensation comes into conflict with the former age. Jesus for example came at the close of the old testament. Book Review: God is not Great by Christopher Hitchens

This is my first attempt to review something on Youtube. I decided to review a book that I had recently finished reading, which happened to be the latest book by Mr. Hitchens. Hitchens is renowned by many as being a staunch critic of religious faith and one of the most entertaining and insightful journalists of our time. He is (in)famous for being a critic of such admired figures as Henry Kissinger, Bill Clinton, and (yes) Mother Theresa. In his new book, he takes on religion itself. On an interesting note, I actually got the book right on the night where he spoke on Anderson Cooper about the death of evangelist Jerry Falwell.(http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xMvnh87iJkY) As this is my first video of this kind, feel free to leave constructive criticism. 62 Who Killed Jesus' Body ?

What would have happened if Jesus had not been crucified ? The people of Jesus time did not believe in Jesus; instead they led him to the cross. Jesus' body was exposed to Satan's assault and he was killed. Therefore even when faithful Christians are united with Jesus, their bodies remain exposed to Satan's attack just as was Jesus' body. In our personal faith, we may feel it necessary to deny our flesh to prevent Satan ensnaring us through our bodies.

Jesus came as the Messiah fo nothing less than the complete salvation of humanity. Those wo committed sinful deeds while on earth become crippled spirits who are incapable of fully breathing in the love of God. To some degree we are all exposed. Some of us choose to expose ourselves more openly than others. Some have little choice about the matter. As for me, I choose to expose myself in the most honest way I can. Make no mistake about it; I am a Christian. I dont pretend to be a fashion know-it-all or have won the best Christian of the year award, I m just a girl thats been there and done that. Im a Catholic Christian but havent always had a moral compass pointing due north. Ive been on a reality TV Show (Americas Next Top Model), in magazines and modeled in different places around the world and found out the hard way what it really takes to be a real model. My faith played a back seat role for years until it all came to a soulful boiling point during a high power photo shoot and believe it or not, this is where I turned back to God and my faith. Unbelievable Alien Abduction Video of Dec 2010 True Events (Reenactment Short Film HD)

A short film by Mikey Bustos, based on true events of December 2010. It began on the night of December 21st, when I heard a loud buzzing noise outside. I was in my basement. I thought it was a power line outside my home, as they'd been fixing the power lines all day today near my house (and even had to close down a street). When I went outside to look, I remember a flash of light and then suddenly being sucked through this bright tunnel which took the air out of my lungs. I don't remember reaching the end of the tunnel but I do remember suddenly waking up to a hazy room of beings. This video recounts what happened.
